What Is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is a spiritual discipline rooted in Hindu and Tantric traditions, aimed at awakening the dormant energy ("Kundalini") at the base of the spine and guiding it upward through the seven chakras to the crown for spiritual enlightenment (samadhi).
